Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs of rolled oats
- scoop of protein power if desired
- choice of topping - blueberries, natural peanut butter, strawberries.
Method
- Crack the eggs, mash banana and add rolled oats in a bowl
- Heat fry pan and bake mixture for a couple of minutes each side.
