Healthy Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tbs of rolled oats 
  • scoop of protein power if desired 
  • choice of topping - blueberries, natural peanut butter, strawberries. 

Method

  • Crack the eggs, mash banana and add rolled oats in a bowl 
  • Heat fry pan and bake mixture for a couple of minutes each side. 

Total Kilojoules

  • Steamed Beans, Carrots and Zucchini

Dessert

  • Low Fat Chocolate Ice-Cream
